Finishing Techniques for Beaded Flower Stems

This metallic cord came in a kit for a Jeweled Hibiscus brooch which was a class I took at Bead and Button 2002 from Arlene Baker, author of Beads in Bloom. You can't see the wrapped stem in the picture of the flower pin because the stem is hidden behind one of the petals. Although much thicker than foss or floral tape I like the look of this silver metallic cord..
